If you disconnect in the middle of a round on our computer platforms, please follow these steps:
-- Step 1: Log out of your account completely.
-- Step 2: Log back in and return to the specific game. In most cases, the round will be waiting for you to complete the action.
-- Note: If the action already took place, please check your Hand History or contact the Casino Team to verify the final result.

Live Dealer / Live Casino:
In the event of lost connectivity or a timeout during a Live Game, the following rules apply:
-- Active Bets: All bets already placed will remain in play, just as they would in a land-based casino.
-- Automatic Completion: If you fail to respond within the allotted time, your hand will be completed according to Basic Strategy.
-- Fairness: This process is designed to protect your interests and those of other players betting on the same hand.
