General Information
-- Off Times: Thoroughbred, Harness, and Greyhound tracks use the Exact Off Time.
-- Minimum Bets: $1 minimum per race. For phone wagers, the minimum total risk is $10.
-- Grade Time: Wagers are usually graded 5 to 30 minutes after results are official. Your balance may remain locked in pending wagers during this window.

Scratched Horse Rules
-- Win/Place/Show & Exotic Combos: If a horse is scratched, all Win/Place/Show wagers and the specific portions of Exacta, Trifecta, Superfecta, and Quinella combos containing that horse will be refunded.
-- Multi-Race Bets (Daily Doubles, Pick 3/4): Combinations with a scratched horse are refunded unless the track pays a consolation prize. If a consolation prize is paid, you will receive that payoff instead of a refund.
