IVR SYSTEM INSTRUCTIONS

Setting Up Your Access
The IVR system allows you to get account information faster without speaking to a clerk.
1. Create a Numeric Password: You must create a 4-digit numeric payout password (e.g., 4321).
2. How to Set It: Call customer service or log into your account, click the "Settings" tab in the Account information area, and enter your new password.

Navigation Controls
-- # Key: Move forward between selections.
-- * Key: Move back to the previous selection.
-- 0: Returns you to the main menu (press again to reach a live operator).
