For security reasons, all payouts for Crypto, Zelle, CashApp, Chime, PayPal, Wise, and Venmo must be authorized using a verification code.
This code is sent to the email address on file for your account.

Please Note: For your protection, we are unable to authorize payouts via chat.

Option 1: Authorize Online (Recommended)

The fastest and easiest way to authorize your payout is to do it directly online.

1. Log in to your account at YouWager.lv.
2. Navigate to the "Payouts" tab.
3. Under the "Pending Payouts" section, locate your request and click "Authorize".
4. Enter the verification code that was sent to your email.
5. Follow the prompts to complete the authorization.

Once authorized, your payout will move forward in the processing queue.

Option 2: Authorize by Phone

If you are unable to authorize online, you may call us to complete the process.

Requirements:

• You must be calling from the phone number registered on your account.
• You must have the authorization code ready.

Steps:

1. Call Customer Support at 1-800-968-9243.
2. Provide the authorization code to the agent.
3. For Crypto payouts, the agent will also ask you to confirm the last 4 digits of your crypto address.
4. The agent will complete the authorization on their end.

• Email Access: The verification code is sent to the email address on file. If you no longer have access to this email, please contact support before requesting a payout.
• Time-Sensitive: Authorization codes are time-sensitive. Please use them promptly.
• Crypto Verification: For Crypto payouts, confirming the last 4 digits of your wallet address is mandatory to ensure funds are sent to the correct destination.
